How Our Process Works
Whether you need cleaning, delivery, recycling, or bulk supply, our process follows the same core principles: transparency, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Initial Consultation
You tell us what you need — how many totes, what type (new, used, reconditioned), what cleaning level, and where they need to go. We ask the right questions to understand your operation and recommend the best path forward.
Custom Quote
Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed quote covering product costs, cleaning or reconditioning charges, delivery fees, and any applicable volume discounts. No hidden fees, no surprises. Every line item is transparent.
Processing & QC
Once approved, your order enters our processing pipeline. Totes are cleaned, reconditioned, inspected, and graded according to your specifications. Every unit passes a multi-point quality control checklist before it ships.
Delivery & Support
We deliver to your facility on schedule, with signed receipts and condition reports for every unit. After delivery, our team remains available for questions, warranty claims, and future order planning.
Equipment & Technology
Industrial Wash Systems
Our cleaning bay is equipped with commercial-grade pressure washing systems rated at up to 4,000 PSI and heated to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotating spray heads deliver 360-degree interior coverage, ensuring no surface goes untouched. For food-grade reconditioning, we use dedicated steam injection units capable of sustained 250-degree sterilization cycles.
All wash water is captured, filtered, and processed through our on-site treatment system before discharge. We use biodegradable, phosphate-free detergents that meet EPA guidelines for industrial cleaning applications.
Inspection & Testing
Every tote passes through a multi-point inspection station where trained technicians evaluate structural integrity, valve function, bottle clarity, and cage condition. We use calibrated pressure gauges to test valve seals, UV inspection lamps to identify stress fractures invisible to the naked eye, and digital thickness gauges to verify HDPE bottle wall integrity.
For food-grade certifications, we perform ATP swab testing to verify surface cleanliness meets microbial safety thresholds. Results are documented and archived for traceability.
Logistics Fleet
Our delivery fleet includes flatbed trucks with hydraulic lift gates, capable of transporting up to 24 IBC totes per load. Each truck carries ratchet straps, load bars, and pallet jacks for safe loading and unloading at customer sites. For smaller orders, we use enclosed box trucks that protect totes from weather during transit.
All vehicles are GPS-tracked, insured for cargo liability, and maintained on a strict preventive maintenance schedule to ensure reliable, on-time deliveries across our entire service area.
Safety & Compliance
Worker Safety Protocols
Our facility follows OSHA standards for industrial container handling. All cleaning bay operators wear chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection during pressure washing operations. Forklift operators are certified and recertified annually. Spill containment kits are stationed throughout the facility, and all employees complete quarterly safety training.
Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used in our cleaning process are maintained on-site and accessible to all personnel. We track incident reports and near-misses as part of our continuous improvement program.
Environmental Standards
We hold all required New York State permits for handling, transporting, and processing used industrial containers. Our wastewater treatment system meets EPA discharge standards, and we maintain detailed logs of water quality testing results. Rinse water is never discharged untreated.
Our recycling operations divert over 95 percent of end-of-life tote materials from landfills. We provide certificates of recycling, chain-of-custody documentation, and environmental impact reports to customers who need them for audits, ESG reporting, or regulatory filings.

Customer Case Studies
Regional Maple Syrup Producer
A family-owned maple syrup operation in Erie County needed 40 food-grade reconditioned IBC totes annually for their spring production season. Previously, they purchased new totes at premium prices and stored them year-round, tying up capital and warehouse space.
We set up a recurring seasonal contract: 40 food-grade reconditioned totes delivered each March, with pickup and cleaning included in October after the season ends. The producer now saves over 35 percent on container costs annually and no longer has to store empty totes during the off-season.
Industrial Cleaning Products Distributor
A mid-size distributor of industrial cleaning products was purchasing new IBC totes for every shipment and discarding empties. Their container costs represented nearly eight percent of their total cost of goods sold, and they had no system for recovering or recycling used totes.
We implemented a closed-loop program: we deliver clean totes, pick up empties on the return trip, recondition them, and return them to inventory. The distributor cut container costs by over 50 percent and now diverts 100 percent of their used totes from landfill.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for your services?
There is no minimum order for will-call pickup at our Niagara Falls facility. For delivery and pickup services, we require a minimum of 4 IBC totes per trip to keep logistics costs reasonable. Cleaning and reconditioning services have no minimum — we will clean a single tote if that is what you need.
How quickly can you turn around a cleaning order?
Standard cleaning takes 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive the totes. Food-grade reconditioning requires 3 to 5 business days due to additional sterilization and testing steps. Rush service is available for same-day or next-day turnaround at an additional charge. Bulk orders of 25 or more totes may require 5 to 7 business days.
Do you serve areas outside western New York?
Our standard service area covers a 50-mile radius from Niagara Falls, including Buffalo, Rochester, Lockport, Batavia, and Jamestown. We also serve select routes in Ontario, Canada, including Niagara Falls ON, St. Catharines, Hamilton, and the Greater Toronto Area. For locations outside this area, contact us to discuss custom delivery arrangements.
Can you handle hazardous material totes?
We can accept IBC totes that previously contained many types of hazardous materials for recycling and disposal, but not for reconditioning. Hazardous residue totes are processed by our licensed hazmat disposal partners. You must disclose the previous contents of all totes before we can schedule pickup. We cannot accept totes with radioactive, explosive, or unknown contents.
What documentation do you provide?
Every service we perform comes with documentation. Cleaning orders include a cleaning certificate with the date, process used, and certification level. Recycling orders include a certificate of recycling with material weights and destination facilities. Deliveries include condition reports and signed receipts. All documentation is available in digital format for your records.
Do you offer recurring service contracts?
Yes. Many of our commercial customers operate on recurring contracts for regular tote supply, cleaning, and pickup. Contracts can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or seasonal depending on your needs. Contract customers receive preferred pricing, priority scheduling, and a dedicated account manager.
Are your reconditioned totes suitable for food-grade use?
Only totes that were originally manufactured as food-grade containers and have only held food-grade products can be reconditioned to food-grade standards. These totes undergo additional cleaning steps including purified water rinses, extended steam sterilization, and ATP swab testing. Each food-grade tote is labeled with a compliance sticker showing the reconditioning date and batch number.
How do your prices compare to buying new totes?
Reconditioned IBC totes typically cost 40 to 60 percent less than new containers of equivalent quality. Used totes sold as-is are even more affordable. Our bulk buy program offers additional volume discounts that scale from 10 totes up to 100 or more. For many operations, switching to reconditioned totes saves thousands of dollars per year without any compromise in functionality.
