An Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) tote is a reusable, industrial-grade container designed for the transport and storage of bulk liquids, pastes, and granulated materials. Standard IBC totes hold between 275 and 330 gallons (1,040 to 1,250 liters) and are built to be stackable, forklift-compatible, and pallet-ready for efficient logistics.
IBC totes were first introduced in the 1990s as a replacement for traditional 55-gallon drums. A single 275-gallon IBC tote replaces five standard drums, reducing handling time, storage footprint, and shipping costs dramatically. Pickup or Drop-Off
If you are selling totes, we pick them up from your facility at no charge (within our service area) or you can drop them off at our Packard Road location. We handle all logistics including scheduling, loading, and transport.
Inspect & Grade
Every tote goes through our 12-point inspection process. We check structural integrity, valve function, gasket condition, bottle clarity, cage stability, and more. Each tote receives a grade: A (like-new), B (good), or C (functional).
Clean & Recondition
Totes are triple-rinsed using our closed-loop wash system, then steam-cleaned for sanitization. Food-grade totes receive additional treatment. Damaged valves, gaskets, and caps are replaced. Cages are straightened or repaired as needed.
Deliver or Pickup
